Build Order -> Randuin's Omen + Sunfire Cape + Ninja Tabi + Spirit Visage (or) Runwick's Bulwark + Atma's Impaler + Black Cleaver

I usually play Garen (Top). I build tanky most of the time.

A Swain build that i found works well for me.  Hes tanky, has good sustain, and does decent damage. I can play this build mid lane or top lane.

Spells: Smite+Flash/Teleport/Heal

It is somewhat tanky and has good clear times.  I gank early a lot (ex. Level 3 or so).

When I get back on, I'm hoping to try using teleport while jungling.
Smite + Teleport.
If all lanes put a ward near or on their lanes, do you know how epic a gank would be? THEY'LL NEVER SEE IT COMING.
Also, it'll probably be good to help a teammate being ganked.

Teleport is great but it still takes 4 seconds. Smart opponets will see it coming.
However, it still works. Ill add it on.

Another char build, this time for Gangplank (top lane).

Spells: Ignite + Flash/Teleport

Lots of damage while still being able to tank a good deal of damage.  Can swap out one of the armor items for Bloodthirster or another damage item. Get his Q leveled as soon as possible but dont forget to level W as well. Global ult and passive slow round out this champ.

True that opponents will see it, but if you're smart. You can easily place the ward in a bush so while you teleport in, they'll have no vision unless they're in the bush or have a vision ward.

Greater Seal of Armor (or scaling Armor) x9
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist (or scaling MR) x9

Time for a new champ build!  This is the standard build I use on Lucian.

Items:
Berserker's Greaves
Bloodthirster
Trinity Force
Infinity Edge
Randuin's Omen
Last Whisper

Summoner Spells:
Flash+Ignite

Late game I usually replace my Berserker's Greaves with Blade of the Ruined King.

Optimal Supports for this build are Taric, Thresh, Leona, and Nami.

Looks very similar to an Ashe build, just less attack speed and crit chance

It is more damage based since AD Lucian scales better than AS Lucian. There is still a decent amount of crit but since his ult can also be a primary damage dealer late game, its not the main focus.
