Honestly, we accept all skill levels right now.
Add the phrase, "we accept all skill levels so whether you are a veteran player or just starting out we would love to have you". Or something to that effect.
Also swamp made me the leader a while ago. He is presently an admin (since he just makes me leader again if I make him the leader).
